Work week begins

With work week beginning so begins the procrastination. Today I had a nap, had lunch with a friend, volenteered at the Red Cross, went to the beach in Sandgerði with Leópold, taught Kasper how to make Sloppy Joes, did a tonne of laundry, vaccumed and am now uploading pictures. I should be ready to start on the homework soon. At least before midnight.

Whats new?

Stefán hates this one because it makes his eyes look evil.
Stefán acting evil, ironical thing is he is about to shoot me with a rubber bracelet he received for good behaviour at school
I got a new phone, yaaa for the S4. Got strep , boooo for antibiotics, foolishly hurt my back, lame. But I did survive the week, if only hardly. Everyone else is doing good.
Cool Stefán
Lots of hair Kasper
Me and Leó, testing the new camera
Stefán joined me in class one day, now he knows a little setningafræði
We went to the beach because it was sunny, but it was still very cold
Leópold in Judo practice
Rósa and Purrító, best friends
The boys, and girl dog
He wears his sun glasses, not only at night, but when he is sleeping

Look what I found!

While looking for a picture I found these! A movie google made for me for Christmas, that I just found now, and something else. Great present. I love the movie.

News, school, work and a phone

While procrastinating I found myself reading the news, at least there was something good to read

At school today I learned that in Icelandic it is perfectly OK to start a sentence with the word *and*. I am still in shock. It just feels wrong. Short sentences are good. The shorter the better. Even if they begin with *and*. Just to practice I might start using this in English as well. Just for practice.

I took my fancy new 1998 model car for his first car was under my care. Looks like a whole new car. I like the colour. This is not my car, but it looks just like it.

Kasper still has a girlfriend. The same one. They are going to Japanese days at the university this weekend.

Stefán has a Judo wrestling tournament that I will be proudly watching on Saturday. I plan on filming it. Should be good.

After searching, researching and agonizing on what kind of phone to buy, I decided on the Samsung Galaxy S3 only to find out today it is sold out in Iceland, probably not coming back because it is too old and all that work was for nothing. So I bought a S4, spending more then I had wanted to but getting a great camera in the deal. Expect awesome pictures by Monday.

Unfortunately I can not thing of anything else right now, mostly because the kids are bothering me to much. I think it is time to put them to bed.

I wonder how Iceland would fit in on here

I know it is possible to calculate, but I am not actually even sure what the minimum wage is

Feeling sad?

Then maybe you live in Iceland: http://qz.com/149733/iceland-has-the-highest-rate-of-antidepressant-use-in-the-world-by-a-long-shot/
I thought we were the happiest country in the world? At least in the top 10: http://grapevine.is/Home/ReadArticle/Happy-Happy-Joy-Joy
Maybe this *happiness* was thanks to hight consumption of antidepressants?
Well that's enough time wasting for today, back to the thesis.
