Feeling sad?

Then maybe you live in Iceland: http://qz.com/149733/iceland-has-the-highest-rate-of-antidepressant-use-in-the-world-by-a-long-shot/
I thought we were the happiest country in the world? At least in the top 10: http://grapevine.is/Home/ReadArticle/Happy-Happy-Joy-Joy
Maybe this *happiness* was thanks to hight consumption of antidepressants?
Well that's enough time wasting for today, back to the thesis.

Feeling famous

Seem to have a little Christmas season broncitous. Davíð booked me a doctors appointment and noticed at the same time that my picture is still on the hss.is (local clinic) web site. Brings back memories, Just me and my little new born Leópold.

Davíð in the local paper

The article is not actually about him but it is about the competition that Stefán was in. Davíð was just watching, and Leópold was just being Leópold.
Since I never actually read the local paper I never would have seen this if it had not been for Kasper's teacher pointing it out in class.

Well, we could always sell the toothpaste

I like to check our local sales group in the mornings. I do not actually need anything, but you never know. This morning I saw someone who is trying to sell their toothpaste.

That's right, very little used toothpaste, price:135 kr.

Pictures

Pictures are the worst. I had some id replaced and had a new picture taken. I used to hate the old picture. I was sure it made me look fat. Now I have a new picture and I miss the old one. I looked great in the old one, the new one makes me look fat. Stupid picture.
Although in ten years I will probably love this picture and hate any new one. Somethings just work out that way.
Because of this I was searching the net and giving myself a hard time and found this great quote:

Women tend to imagine their ideal weight is unrealistically low, so they diet unnecessarily. Men tend to allow their ideal weight to be higher than medically recommended. Men and Women should learn from each other.

great.

moviemakers200

Kasper and his friend Erikur has started making movies. They even have a youtube channel now, with 2 videos.
One video was accidentally uploaded, I guess it is Erikurs dog.
The other is a short film that they made. The profanity is an extra special touch.

and if thats not enough, theres more on the way.

This is making me feel rather old.

Baconiase

I fear for dieters everywhere, and I dont even want to guess how points this would earn you on weight watchers, but here it is and the world will never be the same again.

I say these things

After reading this article I can only assume people around me all cringe when I open my mouth.
I make a lot of these mistakes, but if so many people make the same mistake, is it still a mistake?

reykjavík

a new view of reykjavík, created by everyone.

I dont expect everyone to agree but,

I saw this article on BBC, and thought it was rather funny. If exchange the word CEO with Icelander, you have an explanation for a lot.

Changing plans

After my walking pal canceled on me this morning, I sat down with a tea, turned on the computer and found a funny blog.
I expect the rest pf the day to turn out equally well.
Today I'll walk alone, tomorrow things will be back to normal.
