A good story needs some misery

No one really cared or noticed Iceland until it went broke.

Now, one year later the articles and interest pick up again, like this, everywhere I look there is an article about this bankrupt little island, and everyone is posting them.

I guess we are only interesting when things are bad.

Now everyone can say, oh ya, Iceland, I heard about that. Terrible news, terrible really.
