Stefán, Davíð, Leó and I are waiting around in the hosptial, but were not compaining. Stefán finally got to the top of the waiting list for his allergy testing. Today being day one of two in the double blind milk testing. We are here from 830 til around lunch with Stefán eatting rice pudding every 20 minutes. This could could seem like a really boring morning but they actually have lots to do including playstation and movies. Needless to say, Stefán is havingg a great time.

Moving up in the world

But not really. My new apartment will be on the third floor of the same building I am now. Makes for easy moving but more stairs for the grocery trips. I guess it could be good for me.
I have been sorting and organzing and getting ready for the move, it is kind of exciting, I love rearanging the furnature and my new apartment will be the exact opposite of the one I am in now.
The air in the apartment is not really bareble now. It makes me cough, a lot. So I could be more productive, but whats the rush, at least we have the hotel room for now.
I am really grateful for the help offers. Its good to know I have such good friends, but I dont even know exactly what to ask for. I am actually still so shocked I have been cool as a cucumber in dealing with it. 
One thing at a time, deep breath and one more suger free euroshoppper energy drink.

Splish spash

Bit of a rough awakening this morning when I realized that the dog was not just being annoying, we actually had a problem. The house was flooding, and not very slowly. Starting in Stefán's room, taking over the laundry room, hallway and living room. There was so much water coming we had boat races. Leópold insists this was one of the best days of his life.
I left for school when a crew showed up to take care of things. It was a mess, and getting worse by the minuite, that I was not ready to deal with. So I went to school and left it to people who know what they are doing. I came home 7 hours later and they were still hard at work. A pipe had burst.
Looks like a lot of damage. Mostly to the apartment. Tomorrow people are coming to see what needs to be done, but for tonight we are resting in a hotel after a long long day.

Feeling a little angry?

So is he! At least he like to practice all kinds of emotions.

Parent Teacher interveiws

Yeaster day was parent teacher interveiws, and I think they were some of the best ever. Stefán is doing great as always, no surprises there, but Kasper is actually doing rather well too, and that is not always a given. The school say he has been .working really hard and catching up. We are super proud and think he deserves some big hugs, if nothing else but to really embarass him. I hear he likes that .
Leó is another story. His school is full of lice now and the kids all have to wear buffes all day to keep the lice from jumping beetween there heads. Lucky for us we just shaved Leó's head the other day, but it is still fun checcking out is scalp for bugs.
I love having kids.

Amazing

And just when i thought it could not get any better, i realized i could use the tablet to play farmville in the bath. Life is good.
Turns out i can blog in the bath too.
